The group is continuously engaged in the modernization and up-gradation of its manufacturing facilities and has even developed in-house facilities for re-conditioning and overhauling of cigarette manufacturing machines. In most of the group cigarette companies the pre-processing departments have been up-graded and modernized through internal research and development.

Lately the group has also entered into a new field of supplying cut-tobacco rag to outside cigarette manufacturers. The Group has so far exported cut-tobacco rag to cigarette manufacturing companies in UAE, South Africa etc.
Similarly export potential is also being exploited for tobacco leaf to countries like UAE, South Africa and Bulgaria etc.
